Zoryve (Roflumilast) is a prescription medication used to treat plaque psoriasis in people at least six years old. Plaque psoriasis is a common skin condition that causes raised, red patches with silvery-white scales to appear on the body. The drug also relieves itching and inflammation associated with mild to moderate eczema. The active ingredient in Zoryve is Roflumilast. Roflumilast belongs to the class of medication called phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitors. It works by increasing the amount of a specific chemical in the body that can help reduce pain and inflammation.
