Yupelri (Revefenacin) is a prescription medication used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). COPD is a long-term chronic lung disease that includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema. The disease causes breathing problems and airflow blockage. The active ingredient in Yupelri is Revefenacin. Revefenacin belongs to a class of drugs called anticholinergic medicine. It works by helping the muscles around the airways in your lungs stay relaxed, preventing wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath.
