Trusopt (Dorzolamide) is a prescription eye medication that is used to treat open-angle glaucoma or increased pressure in the eye. Dorzolamide belong to the group of medications called carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. It works by reducing the amount of fluid produced by the eye. You may be able to prevent blindness by lowering high pressure inside the eyes.
