Toradol (Ketorolac) is an anti-inflammatory medication that is used to treat moderate to severe short term pain. Ketorolac belongs to the class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking your body’s production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation which helps to decrease swelling, pain, or fever. This medication should not be used for mild or long-term painful conditions such as arthritis. You can return to your normal daily activities and recover more comfortably by reducing pain.
