Sialor (Anethole Trithione) is available over the counter and is typically used for dry mouth or to increase bile secretion in patients who have sjogren's syndrome. Sialor is a saliva stimulant. It requires several days to take effect. Take it regularly and continuously to maintain its beneficial effects. This medication should be taken 30 minutes before a meal.
