Omega 3 Super Concentrate comes as a capsule. Take this drug by mouth only. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not puncture or open the capsule. This drug works best if you take it with food. You may undergo frequent blood tests to be sure this drug is helping. This drug is often used in combination with diet and exercise to lower levels of triglycerides in the body and raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL). Avoid eating foods that are high in fat or cholesterol. Omega 3 Super Concentrate will not effectively lower your triglycerides if you do not follow the diet plan recommended by your doctor. Avoid drinking alcohol. Alcohol can increase the production of triglycerides in your body and make your condition worse. Store this drug at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture.
