Lexette Foam is prescription topical foam that is used on the skin for the treatment of plaque psoriasis in people over 18 years old. This medication works by reducing certain chemicals that cause inflammation and itching in the body. Halobetasol helps to reduce the itching, redness, scaling and swelling that occur.
