Glucolet is an over-the-counter lancing device used to obtain blood samples from the fingertip or heel for blood glucose testing. People with diabetes often use Glucolet to monitor their blood glucose levels. Glucolet belongs to a class of drugs called lancing devices. It works by obtaining blood while minimizing pain and accidental needle sticks. It has a disposable lancet that's easy to load and unload. The penetration depth can be adjusted by rotating the lancet assembly on the finger.
