Flucatisone propionate belongs to the class of medications called corticosteroids. It works by preventing the release of substances that cause inflammation in the body. It also blocks the effects of allergy-causing substances like dust, pollen, and mold and reduces swelling.

Get medical help immediately if you have any of these signs or an allergic reaction while taking Flonase allergy relief nasal spray. The most common side effects of Flonase allergy relief nasal spray may include the following:
• Back pain;
• Cough;
• Fever;
• Headache;
• Minor nosebleed, itching, and burning in the nose;
• Nausea;
• Sore or white patches inside or around the nose;
• Sore throat;
• Vomiting
Contact your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects, including:
• Blurred vision;
• Eye pain;
• Noisy breathing;
• Severe or ongoing nosebleeds;
• Severe or ongoing nosebleeds;
• Worsening tiredness or muscle weakness
These are not all of the side effects of Flucatisone propionate. Always contact your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.
You should not take Flonase allergy relief nasal spray if you are allergic to Flucatisone propionate or any ingredient in Flonase allergy relief nasal spray. Before you start taking this medication, tell your doctor about your medical history, especially if you:

• Are pregnant or plan to become pregnant;
• Have a weak immune system;
• Have diabetes;
• Have eye problems like glaucoma or cataract;
• Have liver disease;
• Have or have had infections;
• Have recent nose injury, surgery, or ulcers
Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescription, OTC, herbal supplements, and vitamins. There may be drug interactions between Flonase allergy relief nasal spray and other medicines, including prednisolone, hydrocortisone cream, ketoconazole, and ritonavir. Flonase allergy relief nasal spray can be used in children and adolescents aged 4 and above. Tell your doctor immediately if you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant. You should not become pregnant while using Flucatisone propionate. Flucatisone propionate may harm the fetus. It is unknown if Flonase allergy relief nasal spray passes into breast milk. Do not breastfeed during treatment. Flonase allergy relief nasal spray is not expected to affect your ability to drive or operate machines. Use Flonase allergy relief nasal spray and all medicines exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, except it is almost time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days, consult your doctor before you stop using Flucatisone propionate. Keep Flucatisone propionate out of reach and sight of children. Do not store this drug above 250C (770F).
