Elocom is in a group of drugs called topical corticosteriods. Elocom (Mometasone Furoate) is used to treat eczema, psoriasis, allergies, and rash. It works by decreasing swelling and inflammation, itching, and redness. The usual recommended start dose is 0.1%/75ml topical ointment.
