Edarbyclor (Azilsartan Medoxomil/Chlorthalidone) is a combination prescription medication that is used to treat high blood pressure which will help prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems. Azilsartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), it works by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily. Chlorthalidone belongs to the class of drugs called diuretics and it works by getting rid of extra water and salt through the urine. This medication is taken by mouth with or without food.

Talk to your doctor before breast-feeding. There may be drug interaction between Edarbyclor and other medication such as aliskiren, cisapride, dofetilide, lithium, etc.
