Dalacin C (Clindamycin 2-palmitate Hydrochloride) is a prescription medication used to treat serious bacterial infections. Swallow Dalacin C capsules whole with a full glass of water. Use Dalacin C vaginal cream at night at bedtime. Women who are menstruating should wait until menstruation has stopped before using this medication. Avoid participating in sexual intercourse or using other vaginal products while using this drug. Store this medication at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children.
