Bryhali (Halobetasol Propionate) is a prescription lotion used on the skin to treat adults with plaque psoriasis and other skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and rash. It helps relieve itching, inflammation, plaque buildup, flaking, and dryness in the areas affected by psoriasis. Halobetasol Propionate is a very strong corticosteroid. It works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching. Bryhali starts working right away; however, it may take up to two weeks to see an improvement in your condition.
