Bevespi (Glycopyrrolate/Formoterol Fumarate) is used to control and prevent symptoms such as shortness of breath, and wheezing caused by on-going lung disease such as COPD including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Bevespi inhaler contains two medications, which are Glycopyrrolate, and Formoterol. Formoterol is a bronchodilator. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic. This medication works by relaxing muscles around airways so you can breathe better. This medication must be used regularly to be effective.
