• Heart failure;
• Palpitations;
• Serious kidney problems;
• Serious liver problems;
• Stomach pain;
• Stomach ulcers
Less serious side effects of Etoricoxib may include: headache, heartburn, minor allergic reactions, taste alterations, wheezing, insomnia, anxiety, drowsiness, mouth sores, diarrhea, increase in blood pressure, confusion.

Arcoxia should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Talk to your doctor about your medical history to be sure you can safely take Arcoxia. You should not take Arcoxia if you are allergic to Etoricoxib. It should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18 years of age. It isn’t known how this medication might affect an unborn or nursing infant. You shouldn’t take Arcoxia while pregnant or nursing without discussing the risks with your doctor. There may be an interaction between Arcoxia and other medications, including: warfarin, rifampicin, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, blood pressure medications, lithium, hormone replacements, or methotrexate. Talk to your doctor about any medications or herbal supplements you are currently taking.
