Accuretic (Quinapril/HCTZ) contains 2 medications: quinapril, and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to treat high blood pressure. Lowering high blood pressure could prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. Quinapril belongs to a class of drugs known as ACE Inhibitors. It works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more smoothly. Hydrochlorothiazide belongs to a class of drugs known as diuretics. It works by producing more urine to help your body get rid of extra salt and water.

Manufacturer Information
We currently have the brand Accuretic from Canada and New Zealand by Pfizer. The generic Quinapril/HCTZ comes from Canada by a different manufacturer.
