Zoryve (Roflumilast) is a prescription medication used to treat plaque psoriasis in people at least six years old. Plaque psoriasis is a common skin condition that causes raised, red patches with silvery-white scales to appear on the body. The drug also relieves itching and inflammation associated with mild to moderate eczema. The active ingredient in Zoryve is Roflumilast. Roflumilast belongs to the class of medication called phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitors. It works by increasing the amount of a specific chemical in the body that can help reduce pain and inflammation.

We currently offer the brand Zoryve from Canada manufactured by Arcutis Canada Inc. in the strength of 0.3%/60 gm cream. The generic Roflumilast is not available.
Get medical help immediately if you have any of these signs or an allergic reaction while using Zoryve. The most common side effects of Zoryve may include the following:
• Diarrhea;
• Headache;
• Nausea
Contact your doctor right away if you have any of the severe side effects, including:
• Signs of an allergic reaction, such as trouble breathing, hives, swelling of the face, lips, or throat;
• Upper respiratory tract infections;
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
These are not all of the side effects of Zoryve. Always contact your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.
You should not use Zoryve if you are allergic to Roflumilast or any ingredient in Zoryve. Before you start using this medication, tell your doctor about your medical history, especially if you:
• Are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed;
• Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
• Have liver problems
Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescription, OTC, herbal supplements, and vitamins. There may be drug interactions between the Zoryve and other medicines, like other topical medications. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. It is unknown if Zoryve will harm your unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed. It is unknown if Roflumilast passes into breast milk or if it may harm a nursing infant. Breastfeeding women should use this medicine on the smallest skin area to avoid contact with your baby. Avoid direct skin contact with your baby in treated areas if Zoryve is applied to your chest. Use this medicine exactly as your doctor prescribes. Zoryve comes as a cream. Apply this medication to the skin only. Please do not take it by mouth. Avoid contact with your eyes or vagina. Apply the cream to the affected skin area once a day. Rub the cream in completely until you no longer see it on your skin. Wash your hands after applying the cream unless your hands are being treated. Should experience significant improvement in itching within 24 hours of the first application. Store this drug at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
