The side effects from Nutrazul are usually rare, and typically only caused by large doses. Side effects of Nutrazul may include heartburn, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, or stomach cramps.
Take Nutrazul a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Women should have 400 mcg of folate per day to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult with your doctor to see if you need additional folate before you start taking Nutrazul. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are not sure whether you are taking enough copper, please talk to your doctor before you start taking Nutrazul Active Magnesium and Zinc supplement.
