Maxidol Liqgel may also treat pain from common colds, dental extractions, toothache, and minor surgery. The active ingredient in Maxidol Liqgel is Naproxen Sodium. Naproxen Sodium belongs to a class of medications called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works at the site of pain by stopping the production of prostaglandins, which cause inflammation.
