Ilevro (Nepafenac Ophthalmic Suspension) is a topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and swelling of the eye following cataract surgery. Nepafenac works by blocking certain natural substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. It might be administered in conjunction with other topical ophthalmic medications. Use as it was prescribed.
