Embeline (Clobetasol Propionate) is a topical corticosteroid used to relieve redness, itching, swelling or other discomfort caused by certain skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, allergies and rash. This medication can heal the rough scaly patches on the skin seen with psoriasis. Embeline contains emollients which soften and moisturize the skin, which leads to decreased itching and flaking. It also helps to protect the skin against irritation.
