Dalacin C vaginal cream is used to treat bacterial infections of the vagina. The active ingredient in Dalacin C is Clindamycin 2-palmitate Hydrochloride. Clindamycin 2-Palmitate Hydrochloride belongs to a class of drugs called antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria causing the infection.

• Diarrhea;
• Feeling sick;
• Stomach pain
Contact your doctor right away if you have any of the severe side effects, including:

• Severe or persistent diarrhea;

It is unknown if Dalacin C will harm an unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed. Clindamycin passes into breast milk, and it may affect a nursing infant. Inform your doctor if your baby gets bloodstained diarrhea or shows any signs of illness. Use Dalacin C precisely as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow Dalacin C capsules whole with a full glass of water. Use Dalacin C vaginal cream at night at bedtime. Women who are menstruating should wait until menstruation has stopped before using this medication. Avoid participating in sexual intercourse or using other vaginal products while using this drug. Store this medication at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children.
