Cysta-Q (Quercetin) is an OTC nutritional supplement used to improve bladder health in women and men including pelvic pain and bladder discomfort. The main ingredient in this medication is Quercetin but this unique formulation also includes bromelain and papain. These are natural ingredients that enhance the absorption of Quercetin and works in combination with Quercetin to relieve the symptoms associated with PBS/IC.
