Omega Reading Concentration review

According to a new research, fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6 have a positive effect in children with inattention and reading difficulties. An experiment, which included about 200 school children from Sweden, demonstrated that after taking capsules of Omega3/6 and making changes in their diets, children with mild attention problems showed great improvement.

Polyunsaturated fats, including omega fatty acids, are the major ‘building’ material for cell membranes in the brain, and responsible for regulation of signaling systems in there.
