Atralin Gel (Tretinoin) is a prescription gel, a form of Vitamin A that used for the treatment of acne vulgaris. It helps the skin renew itself. This medication may also decrease the number of acne pimples you get and helps to heal the pimples that you have quickly. Tretinoin belongs to a class of medications called retinoids. This medication works by affecting the growth of skin cells. Tretinoin is also be used to reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles, skin discoloration and make rough facial skin feel smoother. It may take weeks or months of use before you notice improvement in your skin.

Our Online Canadian Pharmacy is currently offering the generic Tretinoin cream from Canada also called the pharmacy compound and it is compounded in our pharmacy here. The brand name Atralin gel is not available at this time. Atralin gel is available in the strength of 0.01%, 0.025% and 0.05% gel.
As soon as you apply the medication, you may have a brief sensation of warmth and stinging. You may experience other common side effects during the first 2-4 weeks of using the medication, these effects usually decrease as you get used to the medication. These side effects include dryness, itching, mild burning, skin redness and worsening of acne.
